Prior to joining Microsoft, Samir served as Chief Business Officer for Mobility Insight, an intelligent transportation solutions provider and city-wide Chief Information Officer for both the City of New York and City of Atlanta. He has over 27 years’ experience serving in various IT leadership roles across the energy, real-estate, hospitality, and public sectors. Samir holds a B.S with honors in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and currently lives in Atlanta, GA Richard Chylinski (Vice President, Smart Mobility Sector - Canada & International @Parsons) Richard Chylinski leads Parsons Smart Mobility business development and project execution in Canada and International markets. He has extensive experience managing the planning, design and deployment of smart mobility systems, connected vehicle systems, traffic signal control systems, advanced traveler information systems and automatic vehicle location systems. He has managed the delivery of smart mobility solutions to transportation agencies across Canada, Hong Kong, Australia, Europe and many private toll road authorities. Guada Casuso (Vice President Technology & Innovation @Parsons) Guada Casuso leads Technology and Innovation for the Smart Mobility Organization at Parsons. She brings more than 20 years of experience leading technology delivery in many different focus areas, working at the cutting edge of connecting hardware, software, and cloud technology. Prior to Parsons she worked at Microsoft, where she recently led strategic efforts on sustainability and autonomous systems for Microsoft Technology & Research in the office of the chief technology officer (CTO).
